All of our canvas primer are developed by our boss himself , he is a technical engineer in canvas coating, from both primer and also from the coating production process. He knows the machine very well , for example we have one customer who needs big jumbo rolls in 1200m length , he modified the canvas edge cutting machine by himself . We can produce according to customer's sample , OEM service is avaliable . Stretcher bar or assmbled frame seems very easy product , but it is not easy to control the quality consistency , because all the wooden products have to face the same problem that is bend problem , the main reason for the bend problem is the dry degree or said moisture degree , how to control the moisture degree and the methord of dry the wood is the key to decide the wood will bend or not in the future . Wood type also has infulence of the bend degree. • Both Stretcher bars and assembled frame , we have tongue and groove and metric corner stretcher bar , no matter which type we will use staple or V-nail to fix the frame finally if customer need us to assemble it .
