Production Process

Our production line is most advanced in China with four production line , one of which can reach the Max Width 3.2m , this is mosted used  wide canvas in the large format giclees printing field.

Canvas Fabric Weaving :

We have our own canvas fabric maunfacturing factory , which make sure our quality stable，All the standard canvas are cutted from a big roll，This machine can control the length and the width of the canvas roll very well

Inkjet Canvas Packing :

Our digital printing canvas are regular packed in the carton box , each roll in a plastic bag and with two protectors on two ends , then place to a inner carton , regular four inner cartons one master carton . Our Master cartons for canvas are of good quality , never has any claim from customer of the packing damage .Pallet packing is also available here . For the Core size both 2″ and 3″ can be offered in our factory . Sometimes if customer need pallet packing , we also have this service .

For big canvas will be single packed in very strong Carton tubes. Some jumbo rolls such as 100m lengh , 150m lenth , 200m lenght or max 600m length are packed in the carton tubes , some super wide canvas 3.2m also packed in this kind of tube .

Digital Printing Canvas Shipping :

We have professional logistic department , every canvas carton box size and cantainer loaded can be caculate very accurate, as you know different canvas has different thickness , cotton canvas will be much thicker , polyester canvas will be thinner , also have differnt core , such as 2" or 3" , so it needs very good ematical knowledge. The shipping cost is always keep in high since COVID-19 , we always loaded container in full , so that can help our customer save some shipping cost , if you donot have good shipping agent service you , we also have long time cooperate forwarder can recommend for you .
